Sophim helps you to fight against their premature aging thanks to its new Hand Cream formula « Be Young & Pretty ».  

This delicately scented emulsion surprises everyone by its immediate softness, express penetration and ultra comfortable residual film.

Its multifunctional natural composition can act on :
•    the quality of the hydrolipidic film, flexibility and daily skin hydration through a unique vegetable complex based on Phytosqualan® (pure olive squalane) & Biophytosebum® (wax-ester enriched with olive squalene), active emollient rich in unsaponifiables, not greasy, not oily, Eco-certified.
•    adapted protection of external aggressions (cold, sun, pollution, dryness) thanks to the presence of Karite ON (shea oil)  and Organic Virgin Baobab Oil : UV protection, healing, moisturizing.
•    the anti-ageing effects from the Argan Butter rich in essential fatty acids and sterols.
•    the nail care through the virgin organic camellia oil : it prevents brittle nails, it has restoring and anti-radical properties.

On the galenic point of view, this formulation gives a very unctuous and comfortable texture with a velvety touch, thanks to Phytowax Olive 8L28 (olive wax-esters with low melting point) and Vegeline 65 (vegetable Petrolatum). You can obtain a good viscosity and consistency but still with a smooth touch and easy spreading onto the skin.

Process
Phase A: weigh the components. Start stirring and heat to 75°C until a homogeneous phase.

Phase B: weigh the water. Sprinkle Carbopol Ultrez 21. Leave on 10 to 15 minutes and then start stirring and heating. At 50°C introduce Dermofeel PA3, then the premix Rhodicare T + glycerin. Keep on heated to 75°C. Introduce the Chlorphenesin. Also at 75°C under 1200 rmp, produce the emulsion by pouring phase A into phase B. Then start cooling maintaining the stirring speed. At 72°C, Turrax 30 sec. at 9500 rpm, then continue cooling with moderate stirring.

Phase C: at 50°C successively introduce the ingredients. Continue cooling down.

Phase D: at 30°C successively introduce the above ingredients in the same order. Check the good homogeneity between each addition.

Measure the pH and adjust if necessary with sodium hydroxide solution at 10 % until you obtain 5.5 < pH < 6.00
