Each year, the In-Cosmetics fair brings together the world leaders in the cosmetics sector in the heart of a European capital. The 2023 show took place in Barcelona, and Sophim was present with a stand presenting the brand. Here is a look back at the three days of the show.
The In-cosmetics trade show is a reference in the world of cosmetics. Each year, this show brings together the major players in the sector for three days of rich exchanges. The major brands, suppliers, laboratories and newcomers in the sector meet in the same place in order to set up new collaborations and envisage new prospects for development.
In order to showcase innovation, excellence and the latest in cosmetics, In-cosmetics acts as an intermediary between leaders and small companies. It ensures that the latest knowledge and discoveries are communicated and taught. In this way, every participant is guaranteed to leave the show with new projects, new ideas or even new partners.
This year, In-cosmetics took place in the city of Barcelona on 28, 29 and 30 March, with more than 900 exhibitors offering different specialities:

This year, in addition to developing the company’s network, the Sophim stand was able to present its latest product to the general public: PhytOlive®Fine. In the continuity of the products already proposed, PhytOlive®Fine is derived from the upcycling of olive stones.
It is a biosourced exfoliant that can be used instead of plastic beads or as an alternative to sugars and exfoliation salts. For several years, Sophim has specialised in upcycling, particularly of olives, giving a second life to the residues from olive farming.
The presentation of this new product once again demonstrates our company’s expertise and commitment to the environment, by favouring the reuse of an already optimised material and French manufacturing. This new product presentation at In-cosmetics was an opportunity to show the product directly to customers and to explain its many properties.
